Computer Maintenance Programs are custom designed specifically for each customer’s specific needs.
Every customer has unique needs and CTS provides the Technology support defined by each of our customers needs.
They include onsite support at a predetermined frequency. This can be at monthly bi-monthly or weekly. All technology projects can be performed on these prescheduled intervals saving customers from additional service calls. Of course, we realize computer repair work cannot always be performed on predetermined dates, so CTS is always available to schedule work outside these scheduled times. Customers uptime will always be our number one concern.
Phone support and remote troubleshooting are also included in our Computer Maintenance Programs. Most of the time these support functions are not charged. There may be some additional cost if the issues run into too many hours. All this is discussed up front so there are no surprises to out customers.
Customer research on technical issues and products are included at no additional cost. This can consist of new software, hardware or network products. Research on specific technology issues or investigating new service providers is also included for our Computer Maintenance programs.
