Software Installations & Upgrades

Software Installations & Upgrades: 

This service consist of all Operating System installs and upgrades including all application.

Research for the for all software projects are based on a customer’s configuration which is provided by CTS.

At times, an Operating System may need upgrading to a new version to support a new or current application or vice versa.  When these situations occur, data backup procedures may be required since fresh operating system installation may be needed.

After the new Windows Operating System is installed, all applications must be re-installed and data migration from the backups will be performed.

All details regarding Software services are discussed in detail to our customers to be able to make an intelligent decision whether it makes good business sense for such activity.
